Bank returned to owners half the money eaten by the dog | Wikipet.ru
Labradoodle Ozzy from the British town of Llandudno, in the absence of the owners, pulled an envelope with money from the mailbox and ate it together with documentation, packaging and a clip for notes. Arriving at home pensioners Judith (Judith) and Neil (Neil) Wright (Wright) found in the house a mess and signs of eating bills in the amount of 160 pounds.
Fearing that the dog would not benefit from unusual food, the pensioners took Ozzy to the vet. For another 130 pounds, he extracted everything he had eaten from the belly of the Labradoodle.
Then it turned out that part of the notes was only half damaged, which allows the national bank in the UK to exchange them for new banknotes. Which, in fact, pensioners did.
Owners of the dog cannot explain why she suddenly behaved in such a strange way. However, in order to avoid further misunderstandings, a lock was installed on the mailbox.
